What we collect

  • When you order: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, what you bought, and any engraving or customization details you give us.
  • Payment details: card and Cash App Pay payments are handled by Square. We never receive or store your full card number. If you choose to save a card for next time, Square stores it securely and we see only the card type, last four digits and expiry date.
  • When you contact us: the name, email, phone number and message you send through our contact form.
  • If you create an account: your login details, order history and saved addresses.
  • When you browse: technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and how you found our site, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

  • To process, make, ship and support your order, including engraving and customization.
  • To calculate sales tax and validate shipping addresses.
  • To answer your questions and send order and shipping updates.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent fraud.
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
  • To send you news or offers, only if you sign up for them. You can unsubscribe any time.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that help us run the store:

  • Square processes payments and gift cards.
  • Shipping carriers and shipping services receive your name and address to deliver your order and check that the address is valid.
  • WooCommerce and Jetpack (Automattic) provide our store software, tax calculation and site statistics.
  • Our web host and security tools store the site and protect it from attacks; these keep logs that include IP addresses.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies to keep items in your cart, keep you signed in, remember your preferences, protect the site and measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout won't work without them.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and warranty purposes. Contact form messages and account details are kept until you ask us to delete them or they're no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing singingdrum8@gmail.com. We may need to keep some order information to meet legal obligations.

Children

Our store is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
